Libby's (Green) Thumb

After lots of effort, multiple self-inflicted scratches and some intense slobbering and slurping noises in the middle of the night--success! We have found our thumb! She's still not very consistent with it, but we're working on it.


This weekend, after my parents left, Tom was itching to get going on our spring "garden." We use pots for our plants since we prefer to our vegetables dog-pee free, so its not really a garden in the traditional sense, but it works. We planted a tomato plant, a strawberry plant, basil seeds and jalapeno seeds. Here's hoping for some yummy fruits and veggies soon!
