Last weekend, we left Libby with my parents for a whole weekend so that we could go to Athens with our friends Mike and Renee. The Bobcats are having an (unusually) awesome football season, so of course we had to go to the game. After the game, we visited Tom and Mike's old apartment. Riverpark Towers Building 35, Apartment 402 holds a special place in the hearts of the Burrs/Glissmans because its the place where the four of us spent quite a bit of time during our senior years. As usual, Athens was a ton of fun and we paid the price for it on Sunday morning. We learned that we can't rebound from a late night quite the way we used to, but I'm sure that won't stop us from heading back to Athens again soon.
This weekend, we took Libby to the pumpkin patch. She loved riding the Moo-lar Express (does this surprise anyone?) and picked out her pumpkin in record time (must be a Tom gene, because it usually takes me no less than 37 minutes to complete that task).
Happy Fall everyone!
Woo! go Bobcats! I haven't made it to a game yet- but planning on going to the OU vs. Kent game after Thanksgiving
